By accessing or using Bangerlyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bangerlyzer provides AI-powered analysis of social media posts to help users optimize their content for engagement and virality. The Service includes both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Lifetime Access

Important: "Lifetime Access" means access for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user. If Bangerlyzer ceases operations or discontinues the Service, your lifetime access will terminate. Lifetime access includes:

• Unlimited post analyses while the Service is operational
• Access to all current and future features during the Service's lifetime
• No recurring subscription fees

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when possible.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 3 post analyses per month. These limits reset on the first day of each calendar month.

6. Payment and Refunds

Lifetime access is available for a one-time payment of $29. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for lifetime access purchases, provided you have not used more than 5% of your monthly analysis allocation (approximately 5 analyses). To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available if you have exceeded the 5% usage threshold.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Abuse or overload the Service infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Bangerlyzer and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit for analysis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bangerlyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bangerlyzer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
